      How this planner helps

This planner keeps your concert details in one place so you can build the program over several days instead of rushing. You can start with a preset for a school band, community orchestra, or jazz night fundraiser, then change the pieces and sponsors to fit your event.

The program preview updates as you type. When it looks right, use Print program to print a clean copy. Use Save template to keep your work in your browser, or Export JSON to share a draft with a booster, music teacher, or parent volunteer. They can Load template from that file and keep working without starting over.

This planner makes a few assumptions. Your concert has one or two halves with one intermission, your sponsors are grouped into a few simple levels, and your program is printed on standard letter or A4 paper. If your event is more complex, you can export the JSON and edit the details in a text editor before printing.

Before you print, double-check piece titles, sponsor spellings, and the intermission placement. Ask one other person to read the preview out loud. That quick read-through catches missing words, wrong titles, and names that are hard to pronounce. If you have last-minute changes, save the template first, make the edit, and print again. Do not rely on memory alone the night before the show.
